I discovered the healing power of Reflexology, in 2004, while attending a convention. Time spent in a loud & crowded conference room resulted in the worst headache of my life! My reaction was to go to my room and take an aspirin but my roommate offered to do Reflexology. She used gentle thumb & finger techniques to apply pressure to the reflex points on my hands. To my amazement, the pain was gone and I felt absolutely rejuvenated.

My passion for Reflexology was ignited! As soon as I returned home, I began taking classes, training, and practicing on friends & family. In 2008, my dreams came true when I started a private practice in Round Rock, TX.
