attending a convention, the intense noise of the crowd resulted in the worst
headache of my life! While on the way to grab an over-the-counter remedy
another attendee offered me a better solution. She was a Reflexologist and she was
able to give me relief naturally by applying gentle thumb & finger
techniques to my hands. Not only
was the headache gone I felt absolutely rejuvenated. Although
I’ve always been interested in natural therapies, my discovery of
Reflexology ignited my true passion for
the healing arts. Immediately after returning home from the conference, I
started taking classes and then I started practicing on friends and family. In 2008,
