Sessions are conducted on a massage table in our serene therapy room with dim light and healing sounds playing on a stereo. Clothing is left on, so dress comfortably. Youll complete a brief questionnaire and discuss any concerns or health issues prior to your session. Your session includes deep relaxation while gentle acupressure is applied to the reflex zones on your hands and feet. Therapeutic grade oils may be applied in order to enhance the healing experience. Be sure to drink water following your session. |
